MAE values and appreciates the participation of its sponsors at our conferences. Participation is available in several categories. Please mark the level at which you wish to participate:

You will receive a 1/2 page advertisement in on-site conference materials, your name will be listed on the on-site sponsorship signage; your name will be announced at the podium, and you will receive two conference admissions. Promotional material may be placed in the conference packets.

ADVERTISEMENTS – Format and Timeline Instructions
$500 or more entitles you to a 1/2-page advertisement in our on-site conference materials. Advertisement specifications: provide 2 identical ads on 1 sheet of paper. Each ad should measure 7 ½"wide x 4 ½” high placed 2-up on a letter page with ½" margins; black & white/grayscale. Acceptable formats: Word, Publisher, or PDF. This advertisement must be camera-ready. Electronic files are preferred.
$100 to $250 entitles you to a business card sized advertisement; please send electronic copy of your business card.
All materials related to advertising must be received by April 2, 2012.
